*How to use?
1, For first use, need to finalize the design according to dental status.

2, Soak mouth guard in 100degree of water for 30-40 seconds, then it will become soft.

3, Put the mouth guard on your teeth ,bite it and be close to the jaw 10 seconds for perfect fit molding.

4, Then put mouth guard in the cold water 20 seconds.

5, If mouth guard still not adjust to your teeth, repeat the above operation until it works.
